Coupons and Promotional Codes
To use a coupon or promotional code, simply add your items to the cart and click “View Cart.” Then, enter the code into the designated box at the bottom of your shopping cart. If the code is valid, it will be deducted from your order. If not, it won’t apply. If you’re having trouble redeeming your coupon, please contact our customer service at customerservice@4kpsguard.com for assistance.
Shipping and Delivery
If you place an order before 2:30 pm on a weekday, we’ll ship it via USPS the same day from Edina, Minnesota, 55424 (excluding national holidays). If you choose regular/free shipping (USPS First Class), please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, while USPS Priority takes 2-3 days. For orders placed after 2:30 pm on Friday, we’ll ship it on the following Monday.
For orders being shipped to Canada, kindly allow up to 12 business days for delivery.
During peak shipping times like winter holidays, we suggest adding an extra week for delivery of your guards. Better to be safe than sorry!
International Shipping
We offer shipping services to the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam. If you’re located outside these areas, feel free to get in touch with us directly so we can assist you in finding a distributor in your country.
Return Policy

Your 4KPS Mouthguard must be registered to be eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee. Guarantee applies to unused guards that have a demonstrable manufacturer’s defect.
